Clocks and Time Tracking

Webclock

The most widely available method for employees to clock in and out, using a web browser on the PCs already in their work space. Employees will use PrismHR Time & Labor center as they clock in and out, change their cost centers throughout the day, view and approve their hours, add notes to the segments, and even request time off.

Mobile App

Native applications for iOS and Android that allow employees to clock in and out, view and approve their hours and request time off. GPS Stamp Capabilities tie clock operations to a physical location.

RDTg Terminals

Wall mounted Remote Data Terminals that allow employees to clock in and out, change their cost centers, view and approve their hours and request time off, and see messages sent through the Time & Labor system.

Timesheet Entry

For employees with special duties that must be added to their timesheet later, or for salaried/classified individuals who need to enter time instead of clocking in/out of each shift.

Employee Roles

An Employee Role allows you to create predefined settings for employee profiles such as predefined Overtime settings, Job Codes and much more. This will saves time when creating your employee since it allows you to choose a predefined role rather than setting up each employee with the same settings.

User Roles

Can be defined to allow individuals or groups to get access to employees, job codes or other data. Custom Roles with appropriate permission sets can be defined for Worksite Manager Users, Worksite Supervisors, Client Management Stakeholders, Team Leaders, and PEO admins, or any other user who might consume the Time and Labor Data.

Employee Status (Who’s Here)

The Employee Status screen allows managers to monitor employees in real time. From this screen, you can see which employees are clocked in, what job code they are working in, and how long the employee has been clocked in. You can also switch job codes for your employees and clock them out.

Breaks Configuration

Allows users to configure break settings within each job code, for each active break. Breaks can be configured to be paid or unpaid, and break minimums and rounding rules can be created on a per employee basis.

Employee Hours Calculations

Ability to define specific overtime calculation profiles, many daily and weekly OT permutations & capabilities, shift differential pay based on time of day or day of week, FLSA compatible end of week shift handling, flexible start times of the day or week, multiple OT base dates per company, Missed Break handling, Paid Break Limits, Rotating Weekly/Flex time OT calculations, Salaried Exempt Calculations, Supplemental Hours, Shift-Based Auto Deductions, and Weighted Hour distributions of OT across multiple pay rates and cost centers.

Company Wide Fixed Schedule

Help manage schedules for all employees by setting defaults, such as allowing each employee to simply clock into their own job code. Provides tardiness and absence reporting.

Per-Employee Fixed Schedule

Save employees time by defining their schedule and make it easier for them to track and submit time.

Manager Dashboard

The dashboard helps you see all of your most important labor and attendance information on a single screen.

Requests for Time Off/Approvals

Users can view and approve any time-off requests that have been submitted by employees through either the WebClock on a Remote Data Terminal. Employee time-off requests can also be manually added by supervisors and managers through this feature. In addition, schedule modification requests can be submitted by the employee.

Accrual Calculation

Accruals can be extremely flexible, and can be based on hours worked in the week being closed, or not based on hours worked in the week being closed. Additionally, users define when to post (apply, give, send) accrued hours to employees. Rules for most recent State and Locally Mandated Leave Policies. Hours posted are added to a ‘bucket’ of hours that employees can take. Accruals can also be processed via the following requirements:

  • Process this accrual only if counted hours are equal or above
  • Number of hours to accrue for each counted hour
  • Number of hours to accrue when accrual is posted
  • Accrual is posted to which Job Code
  • Start posting accrual after set number of days since hire

Report Automation

Reports can be scheduled to run and be emailed to a defined user list at that scheduled time. Automate worksite user reports, company management reports, approval status reports, etc.

Job Costing

Track and report on time worked by job code and job cost code. Up to 5 dimensions/levels with roll-up reporting capabilities. Detailed Cost Code reporting including Costing Detail by Employee, Cost Code Summaries by Employee, Punch

Tracked Fields (tips, parts, pieces)

Tracked fields are numbers that you can require an employee to enter before or after working a segment. Common uses for tracked fields are miles, tips, calls, parts, and other variables that may change with each shift.
