The PrismHR Spring 2015 release provides new dashboards to make it easy for teams and executives to quickly get a visual snapshot of key data and metrics, and then take action as needed. These new dashboards drive instant efficiency, ongoing process improvements and increased client satisfaction.

The Payroll Dashboard highlights payroll statistics, and features hourly payroll processing charts, including payroll by status, processor, clients, cost center and service type.  The Approvals Dashboard displays pending approvals, both overall and by client, and features charts of submitted and closed approvals, as well as those pending by role and type.

Additionally, the release delivers integrated applicant tracking.  PrismHR Hiring simplifies the process of posting jobs, receiving resumes, interacting with applicants, and streamlining the employee onboarding process.
