Austin, TX — September 7, 2016 — At the NAPEO Annual Conference and Marketplace PrismHR, the leading provider of HR software for human resource outsourcing (HRO) service providers including professional employer organizations (PEOs) and administrative service organizations (ASOs), will share guidance on key operational and technology needs to support the current format of the Small Business Efficiency Act (SBEA).
